Hyaluronic Acid Stimulates Collagen Production
Injections with "dermal fillers" containing hyaluronic acid appear to stimulate production of collagen, a primary protein in the skin. This means that dermal fillers may actually restore the structure of sun-damaged skin, according to an article in the February issue of Archives of Dermatology. Injectable skin fillers have become increasingly popular for correcting the lines and wrinkles associated with aging, as well as acne scars and other skin conditions. Hyaluronic acid, a compound that occurs naturally in the skin and connective tissue, is among the most widely used fillers in the United States. Its molecules bind to water in the skin, hydrating and firming its structure, and the loss of hyaluronic acid with aging is associated with skin dehydration and wrinkling. .

Dad did not sleep well the night before so most the time he would pack the car the evening before. Mom would try to let Dad get a couple of hours of sleep before the long drive from Ohio to the Cape. We would normally leave late and drive through the night and get to the Cape around noonish. We tried to stop once and that was a disaster as no one sleep and it was a waste of money. Even into my years of driving, we have done the same. Only now that it is just my wife and I we do try to find a place to stop over night to and from. Personally I would rather get there and have more time for the Cape. But I am learning to take things a little easier now that the kids are not along for the ride. The only night with more anticipation was Christmas Eve, we couldn’t sleep, we didn’t want to sleep, we just wanted to go.

Ronaldo fluffs his lines as Spurs' backbone shows
Arsenal are two points in front of us now and it will be nip and tuck until the end of the season. You cannot say who is going to win the league this season, but it looks like going all the way to the end.' Spurs boss Juande Ramos was right to take the positives from a performance that epitomised just how far he has taken this group of players in the last few weeks. 'It's very frustrating to lose a goal in the final moments, but I feel pleased with the level of many individual performances,' said the Spaniard, again speaking through a translator. 'It's good that we are coming away from a game against Manchester United feeling disappointed with a draw. I'm satisfied with the performances of Woodgate and Hutton and feel we are taking some steps forward.' This may prove to be a crucial point in United's pursuit of a second straight Premier League crown as they proved they can find a way out of a hole on a day when their match winner fluffed his lines.

Beautiful game?
Indian crowds shout overtly racist chants at an Aussie player... an Indian batsman refuses to walk when given out in the first Test... an Indian player calls an Australian player with dark skin a monkey... But no... the Aussies are the bad guys for playing to the umpire (as every other team does in every game)... shame on them. It's funny that the Indian manager says "Monkey is not a racist term in our country... ummmmm.... but Singh didn't use the word monkey anyway...." He either said it or he didn't. I have no doubt he said it because otherwse there there wouldn't be all this justification and excuse making from the Indians about the word used. They'd just be stating that he didn't say it. Same old same old from the sub-continent...
